Sounds fun?

I've never heard of sport climbing achievements in terms of feet climbed. Usually just difficulty. I soloed 1500 feet on Sunday, but the hardest move was only 5.5. Crux was breathing at altitude.

Yeah, where is the epic? Good to beat the old record I guess, you did 3 sport routes in a day.

Like CI I soloed about 900 feet on Saturday but was only about 5.7ish at the crux. That's not epic, that's actually pretty boring when I say it like that. hehe Tongue

I hope the Boulderers don't pick up this habit.

i think we're safe. They only work 3 feet at a time.

But when you add it up at the end of the day it's...

Oh wait it's still three feet...

They wouldn't know where to place their crash pads anyways.

I don't know, how many pads to it take to safely catch a fall from a couple hundred feet?

Brett Sullivan and I climbed 595 feet of sport routes on August 10th on the ALIEN WALL in Batchawana Bay. This beats the old day record of 345 feet of august 2008. 3 routes wetre climbed

So, what made it epic? Blackflies?

Truly. It's too supid to be a real post, even from a noob, but way too lame to be a troll.

I say it's just a bored guy in front of a computer with a very bad sense of humor

What's really bizarre is if it's who I think is posting, he's been climbing longer than I've been alive and is pretty accomplished guy, so the need to brag about sport climbing to the nearest 5 feet is strange. Prolly just trying to drum up some business....
