I'm planing a trip to the red river area. I'd like to know how many quick draws I'll need for most of the sport routes there.

Do you have to work at being an asshat, or does it just come naturally, like taking a shit?

hmm. Nope.

I go to the Red regularly (also from Ohio) and I have a set of 12. Do I need this many for most routes? No, but a few routes do require as many as 10 (sometimes more) quickdraws. That way I'm free to do any route I like and have spares just in case. I'd say the minimum you could get away with is 8, but I'd advise against that if you can help it. I would say the ideal number would be 10 all in all.

A note to climbers be sure to bring a 60 Meter rope and at least 12 quickdraws some routes you need up to 18 draws.

1. One whose head is so far up their rear end it could pass for a hat.

2. A general term for someone who carries out actions with such stupidity that they might as well wear their ass as a hat.

3. Someone so incredibly stupid and/or ignorant that everything above their waist is useless; i.e. a hat for their ass.

4. A device used to compress or hold extreme amounts of feces in the cranium.

5. One who practices ass-hattery.

6. Hank Caylor.

Well, I guess you learn something new every day!

Another vote for 12 draws; it's what i bring and it gets you up just about everything. If you need more for a route here or there just borrow from another climber (ask nicely).

You can just take them off the routes you do. Especially if you do overhung routes cause ppl ALWAYS leave draws on the overhanging routes there

well I hope you know that by posting your "shi8" you're wasting everyone's time and potentially ruining the climbing experience of someone you is humbly asking the forum for a bit of gear help.
And that every time you insult someone who is trying to point out what is unnecessary as your "bitc*" you are all too effectively humiliating yourself furthermore.

Oh, and on another note, it's "shit" and "bitch"
we're all adults here, aren't we.

So when motherfuckers like him insult me all the time, ( over 8 fuc*ing years in RC)you and people like to become the PR (public relation) and act as judge looking at right or wrong thing but then when I turn around and answer them back in their own language (what they understand the best), I become the bad example with blah this and that.

Go back, do you homework, read all the comments that as*holes like him had made on me, then return and tell me what I should do.

Till then Fuc* them all

No majidiot. For the record, you usually post nonsensical shit. You are quick to get angry, and easy to taunt. You quickly join a stoopid argument and contribute absolute shit, with cute arrows on it. You've consistently shown, over 8 long years that you are rc.noob's #1 bitch, and that is why people insult and taunt you.
