Why don't posts in Accident and Incident Analysis appear on the "recent posts" links?

Since the "Recent Posts" page says that it lists the "100 Most recent posts in categories Climbing Information and Climbing Disciplines." Why does it never seem to include posts from "Accident and Incident Analysis"? Am I missing something?
