These three places are where I've been thinking of going to this November. I got three weeks off, got a rope and a rack, yet no partner. Probably try to get one when I arrive at either place unless this board give's me some leads on finding someone with similar ideas. My plan is to fly out on Nov.19 Cheers

Hi Man.... I am a chilean climber..... and a regular in Bariloche (especially Frey). By the time you wanna come it ll be still very cold and a lot of snow (in Frey) since this year our spring has been awful..... donīt know how hard could be in this conditions to find a partner... but to go sport climbing it will way easier.... you have great spots such as Valle Encantado and other areas around town...... If you are coming, you can post a message at the Club Andino de Bariloche http://www.clubandino.com.ar/ so as to find a partner... I hope this helps ... Greetings from Patagonia Claudio

You'll have no trouble hooking up with other climbers here at Potrero Chico.

Thank you gentlemen, for your replies. My friend in S.A. you say the conditions at Frey might not be ok in late Nov? Cuz thats the first place I'd like to go, I heard great things about the place. And now airfares have shot up so if that don't change again soon then China's out as well and you'll see me in Mexico. Either way, it will be all good. Cheers
