El Potrero Chico, it's near monterey mexico. You can find some decent rock in ok, and Tx, not really destination spots, but probably enough to keep you busy for 10 days or so.

Like Climbingaggie03 said, neither of these places are great "destination" spots, but...there is indeed some good rock. For Oklahoma I'd recommend the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge or Quartz Mountain. Texas, I'd recommend Enchanted Rock. I'm not really a sport climber, but Reimers Ranch/Green Belt may be worth a day or two if you want to clip bolts. Meh, I don't know about making a special trip to TX/OK. I live here and am headed to climb in CA next week if that tells you anything.

for sport climbing for a few days in Texas I'd check out Reimer's Ranch its got some pretty good climbing, and as a plus it won't get cold here till after December probably so you wouldn't really need any heavy clothing haha.

Consider western North Carolina and East Tennessee. It's probably the best climbing in the southeast, but you had better like trad if you're going to climb in North Carolina.
