I have heard of this video, but never had a chance to see it. I'd really like to get a copy if anyone knows how to come across one.

Don't know about that one, but Cater is still selling copies of "The South's Steepest," which had a decent amount of NRG footage, at http://www.caterbooks.com/.

Yeah, the DVD version of south's steepest also has the NRG expose. I had the old VHS versions of both and updated them this summer. Just trying to hunt down this other vid, which apparently has some cool footage.

I'll ask around. I know I've seen it at some point and, like most low-budget early climbing videos, it sucks.

Dude, what are you doing up at 4:37am? Only teachers who haven't planned lessons for the day's classes do that, especially if they want to surf the web during work hours to keep up with the newest climbing porn of the day. :)

Yup, it's funny how those video's suck, unless it's one of the only films around that covers one of your favorite and local cragging destinations.

A guy I climbed at the New with one day this summer just hit me up to tell me he has a copy and will be trying to get one my way. Cool

Again, as already mentioned above, I've had various copies of south's steepest for over a decade.

I should have a copy of the classics video on the way.
