hey everybody, I'm heading to Puerto Plata for two weeks in Febuary and was wondering if there are any crags near by. What is the closest place to go climbing and how far/easy is it to get to from Puerto Plata by public transport? Are the routes bolted or are they trad routes? Is there any bouldering? What about setting up top ropes without lead climbing(so as to avoid bringing the heavy quickdraws)...possible? If its not too far then I think I'll bring the gear!
