I have a real comfy 0 degree sleeping bag, as well as a real crappy, not as comfortable bag which rating is unknow but probably 30 or up. As far as temperature goes at night, which bag would people suggest I bring to camp in durring new years time for about 2 weeks? Is the 0 degree too hot??

A "0" degree is ok. The temperature can get to -5, but is rare, enjoy your trip.

Are the rooms at La Posada heated? I don't know if I need to bring a sleeping bag or not. I like to be warm.

Bring a good, comfy bag--you never know what the winter weather here will bring.

No, the rooms at La Posada are not heated.
