I will be visiting northern Idaho this summer. I will be staying in Hope on Lake Pend Oreille. I am looking for the closest quality sport areas if there are any. I can do trad in a pinch but would rather travel light as we are flying. Anybody know of any good places In northern Idaho, western Montana, eastern washington or southern Alberta. I will be renting a car and would like to keep the drive time less than four hours one way.
