I just got a CCW Chernobyl for Christmas!! Sly Can anyone tell me why the shoulder strap adjustments are at the bottom of the straps and upside-down compared to other packs.

I'm sure there is a good reason just can't think of it.

It allows you to pull the weight of the pack up when you tighten the straps, instead of pulling down against your own shoulders.

Randy (the owner of CCW) will give you a better explanation than mine if you ask him. He is totally cool and seems committed to making a great product.

I have a CCW pack and absolutely love it. The longer I have it, the more I find I am impressed with it. Hope that you enjoy yours just as much.

Awesome packs enjoy! Takes a bit of getting use to the straps but a better way to do it imo.
