you can buy topo maps of the area made by the NY/NJ trail conference at any EMS, campmor or ramsey outdoor store in the area. all i will say is that the hariman area maps have the master bedroom area on them. it may not be labeled as such. in fact, it might not even be noted on the map at all. all i will tell you is that with proper reading of the map and enough searching of possible areas, you will find it. and when you find it, you will be VERY impressed. this is an outside sport. put some of the adventure back into climbing.

Yeah, i have scanned Google Earth for spots. I drove up there and searched for a couple of hours. Didn't find anything. Do you have to cut through private property?

point of fact: the so-called master bedroom is a seeping roof comprised primarily of choss. it is for the desperate only. additionally, if you don't boulder v8 or harder, you might as well go to the gravity vault. good luck.

Why is it illegal? Bouldering is allowed in Harriman.

(Not that Harriman is the Pallisades).
