i have tendonitis in my right rotator cuff and it has gotten to the point where it hurts to climb. does anyone have any tips for improved range of movement while i'm recovering?

are you getting physical therapy? My PT gave me some good cuff exercises when I was being treated for something else but the cuff helped.

One thing I know about tendonitis is its a bitch to get rid of. See a PT and get some proper rehab steps and then keep to them (without fail).

I know this is an older thread, but I had 2 forms of tendonitis in my left shoulder: Bicep Tendon Rotator Cuff After about 6 months of trying to rehab it through PT I received a cortisone shot directly into both areas. It has felt great ever since!
