Hi, i was wondering what would be a good inexpensive pad to buy. I'm try to spend around $100 because I'm just starting to get into outdoor climbing.

Get on craigslist and see if anyone has a used one for sale. They are somewhat hard to find used, however, since people tend to use them til they are useless and flat.
The Metolius sketch pad is really small, (42''x32''x3'' open), and may work for you. Just note that it's small--no highballs or even medium-balls really. Balls balls balls. It's just over $100 new.
You're not going to find a decent one that is large enough for 100 bucks new. More like 130-140. Everyone on here will tell you to get an Organic for just under 200.
You may find a deal at one of those REI attic sales or whatever, or something like that, but that would be pretty darn lucky.

Yea, save up and get an organic. It never pays off to go cheap.

You can pick up a Mad Rock Mad Pad for around $140. Supertopo gave them a pretty good review.
Not as good as the Organic though.
The Mad Pad would be OK, I'm sure. I know a few people who own them and seem pleased with them.
It really depends on you.
Are you 14 and will saving the extra $100 for an Organic Simple Pad take you a very long time?
If that is the case, get a cheaper one and get something else when you can afford it.
If that isn't the case, bite the bullet and save the extra $100 and get an Organic.
