I would like more info on the area myself. I drove up the North Fork last weekend, but it got dark and I turned around. I also checked again on the granite along the Kettle River west of Curlew. Wow! It's all on private property and I'd like to know who bolted the existing routes. Anyone?

Hi, just fyi, the routes were mostly set and bolted over the past 20yrs by a guy n/o James Moore, he lives in the Curlew area. Been climbing there for about 10 yrs, some great classic routes. Enjoy

Hey All. I just moved back out to GF for another summer. Good to hear that there are other climbers around here! I put up a couple of short routes last year near Christina Lake. It'd be good to know some more climbers from the area!

they are under (on) the pedestrian bridge pillars at cascade falls. there is some excellent bouldering just above the actual falls on the south side. walk down off the path about 50m they are on a nice semi flat landing just above the falls.

Hit up Curlew Kettle River Bluffs this summer. I grew up in that town. Any new info on the existing routes? Did a few mixed routes that were 4-stars!!! I would love to get up there and bolt some more lines....who owns the land?

There is a mining co. wanting to mine in this area. Many people living in the area are very concerned and want to shut this down. Do any climbers in the area know about this? It would be very helpful to know, and in climbers interest, if the area includes the climbing areas.
