Seriously though, check the "indoor climbing" sub-forum, the "gear" section (up top), do a search, or maybe even these guys: http://climbingholdreview.blogspot.com/

Second this. These are the most used holds in my gym. Fantastic training shapes and great texture.

So far I've had the best customer service from Element, Rock Candy, Soill and Contact. I found many of the companies would send out samples either free or for shipping cost. I like the texture of the Rock Candy, Soill and Element holds (very similar) and think Element has one of the better options for their monthly hold "subscription" with a wide variety of hold sets. I also just made my first order with Element and received a 25% coupon for my second order as a new customer.

The california holds are really sweet. I am definitely looking into them, and I also enjoyed the planet and nice holds. Good call.

Detroit Rock Climbing Company http://www.thedrcc.com/catalog/ They even have a club you can join to get a free hold every month, or something like that... bit $$ tho. :-s I do climb on these at my local though; nice holds.

I think my three favorite hold brands that we have on our home wall right now are: Teknik - excellent texture, fantastic basic shapes. Their Geeks are the best mini-jug I've used. RockCandy - Gotten a good variety of hold from them, inovative shapes. Wish I had picked up a set of their Ruffles last year. SoIll - Also good for variety, but the think I love about these holds is how they incorporate things like thumb catches and holds that work well for either hand.

Speaking of good customer service: http://www.frictionclimbing.com/ Ordered one big hold from them and they sent it pretty much instantly with a bag of about 10 small holds!
