Bout 2 weeks ago i was climbing a v5 crimpy over hang problem at the gym when i felt/heard a pop in my hand. My middle finger swelled up in the a4 pulley region and has been since. The pain is getting less, and i have been able to move it ie. extend and ball my fist with minimal discomfort... Does this sound like an a4 pulley tear or rupture?

Sounds like rupture. Is your hand/palm bruised ?

Finger injuries suck and take a long time to recover.. I would lay off climbing for a while. Rest is key.
