I was hoping someone could help me out..
I'm going to be in Myrtle Beach, SC this coming week with the family.
Unfortunately I have been unable to find any outdoor loc.s or indoor gyms within an hour (the closest being Charleston).
If you have any knowledge or experience please share; I have no problem going onto private land, etc.
Help a rocker get his fix.

Check indoorclimbing.com. Myrtle Beach is for drunk rednecks or bikers, not climbers. I thoroughly disliked that place on my first and only visit, but I did get some golfing in.

I'm in the same situation you were in. I'm going down to Myrtle from Rochester, NY. Wont be able to stop at any places on the way down like I did last time. I also find the nearest place is Charleston. Did you ever find anything within a day trip for outdoor? I'm down there with Fam and my father wants me to show him the ropes. Also im jonesin to climb after this winter.
Any help is appreciated,

check out Horry County parks and Rec. I know They recently opened up three Rec Centers with walls in them.
