*Sip* By the scaly tits of madusa, I had a rough day. Dimension errors [fixed] Lost parts [redone] Illegible drawings [figured it out] Deadlines [met] Lost connetions to machines [memory stick FTW] impatient drivers [Fuck them] Faulty raw materials [Fuck them too] non-stop phone ringing [answered] non-stop phoning around. [DOne!] *sip* But all in all it turned out pretty damn well. Fuck I love my job! *sip*

I bought some pitons a while ago and I still have not done any aid! But once I tried mixing pitons and regular gear for anchors. I felt the combination was very solid. Store-bought pitons are punched for their shape. But the treatment after was different: Blades are hammered for taper, and some are heat-treated for the correct hardness/softness for the rock. I don't know what grade of steel they are made from.
