So this may be a silly question but what are some stretches or movements that you guys do before you climb hard? I always try to do an easy climb or two and just get my arms loose before attempting anything hard but it would be cool to know some more things that are beneficial. Thanks.

One RC.com warm up that I can suggest is to use the "Search" function in the upper right corner of this page.

That is actually kinda a "search Lite" and is similar to drinking Miller when Guinness is available.

Use the "Search" tab that is located at the top center of the page when you click the "Forums" tab on the main horizontal header bar. "Search" then appears directly underneath that header bar and about 1/3 of the way over from the left hand side.

Here is the direct link: http://www.rockclimbing.com/...forum.cgi?do=search;

And here is the first page of results: http://www.rockclimbing.com/...p;sb=score&mh=25

That should get you started; post up if you have specific inquiries, preferably on the thread you are reading.
