An injury has limited my movement and forced me indoors for a spell. So I've dusted off the 80s John Long Workout From Hell program, modernized it(I'm a trainer and a climber whose done many round of the original way back when), and added a few anecdotes and pilfered a lot of classic shots off the net. Hopefully some of you will find it useful, or at least entertaining. http://steve-edwards.blogspot.com/...orkout%20from%20Hell

Jay Well pretend like I said that back in 1961 then It just sounds like some buzz word that a shitty mattress company would create for a characteristic of their bed, when the word they're really looking for is "shitty."

It does indeed sound like that, which is exactly why I pitched it as such. I do assure you that it's solid science applied to sport. Can't vouche yet for its effectiveness on climbers but my friend's been using it with incredible results on professional athletes in power sports.
