Can't Post

Have had a two week lay of from climbing (rain) and now i seem to have a pain two inches up the back of my arm above the elbow.The pain is bad and if i put my elbow on a table to support my head the pain makes me jump,yet i can not touch or figure out where the problem is???? any ideas !!!
