Ice, you have to climb, climb, and climb some more.
Dont overdo it 'cause a torn finger tendon isn't funny and you'll be sorry if you have to wait months before you can climb again. Take it easy, practice a lot, but dont overdo it. Do a moderately easy boulder over and over again until your fingers stop being stiff the next morning, then move on to something harder and more intence.
