Its the worlds smallest interchangable lense camera with a large image sensor. Anyone have the sony alpha nex 5 camera? What do you think about it? Smile

It won't be the smallest next month when the Panasonic GF2 goes on sale. The NEX-5 is a great camera though. It just has a complicated menu system and no real manual controls during video.

Sorry but the NEX-5 is smaller than the GF2 even with it's larger sensor. The NEX-5 has a full APS-C size sensor instead of the 4/3 sensor of the GF2. The real problem with the NEX-5 is the complete lack of external control points. If you don't need external control points then I'm sure the NEX-5 is a great camera.

i've used one, image quality is incredible. the menu system is a little hard to use, but it's not really a big deal when you get used to it. it's a pretty powerful camera for the size
