been using rock rings slung off a pullup bar...but i just got a studfinder and would like to use a hangboard..saw the metolius ones but just wondering where i can find some other hangboard options online??
what sites carry them?

The link I posted does. Pick any one of the 25 hangboards shown and right next to the picture of the hangboard is another link that opens a new page with a short description of the board. AND right next to that there is either a list of places that may have it, or a list of places where you can actually buy it, along with the price.
So now I have ask, are you really that much of a tool? Because if you are, you should pick a new hobby, this one has a very efficient way of weeding people like you out.

When you're done fucking my mother, you can try checking hold manufacturers directly. Like SoIll makes 5 different kinds of hangboards, Delire Holds makes a modular style hangboard,
But if you insist on being a bitch about it, here's some holds that are more suited to your level:
