Hey all. I scanned through the other search results but didn't find a wrist problem quite like mine.

my ulna has been popping and crackling back into place for the past week or so. It isn't exactly painful, but it is quite sore. Sometimes my wrist will now even feel like it has some kind of pressure built up that I can release when I my bone back into place with my right hand, which feels similar to cracking a knuckle that "needs to be cracked". I climbed on it today and it almost felt better than normal (but that could be the endorphins too I suppose). It irritates me the most when I try to turn my hand to the extreme clockwise or counterclockwise.

anyone know what this could be, or how to help it heal?

Stop doing this:

It's injured. You have applied forces in excess of the tensile strength of the tissues involved (whatever they are). Rest, ROM (if that doesn't make it worse), followed by stengthening. But don't keep testing it by doing irritating things.
