Number of replies: 21

Number of replies that answered the question: 16

Avg number of pullups of respondents: 16
Avg onsight grade if respodents: 5.11b

Average number of pullups per letter grade over 5.9: 3.2

Most pullups: 25
Average onsight grade of a person who can do 25: 5.10c

Least pullups: 1
Onsight grade of the person who can do one: 5.11a

Hardest onsight: .13a
Number of pullups of .13a onsight climber: 20

Easiest onsight: .10a (I didn't use the data from the two climbers whose onsight level was lower than this.)
Average number of pullups done by .10a climbers: 18

Average number of pullups done by climbers onsighting .12a or above: 18

So basically, the conclusion is that there is no strong correlation between pullup ability and onsight ability. Not really surprising, I guess. Who's ever fallen off a route because their biceps and lats pumped out?

Thanks for all the responses--it was an interesting experiment.
