Ok, thursday: hard bouldering, friday: rest day, saturday: a few Ice routes, monday-wednsday(today), Ive got a dull pain in my let flexor carpi radialis. Week before I spent a lot of time on the computer. Didnt do any particularly strenuous moves. Heres what I want to know: If its a computer thing should I keep climbing and just cut down on the comp. usage? Most importantly should I climb tomorrow?!!!!

If you know exactly what muscle is injured and, generally how you did it, why can't you figure out what to do? I'd go climbing and, if it hurts, I'd belay my friends or keep climbing because the conditions were good and I wasn't sure when I would climb again. But I couldn't name any of the muscles in my forearms without help from the internet.
