Ok. Separated my AC about 6 months ago (pullin some sick ice skatin tricks). Been waitin around for it to heal while my muscles have rotted away. All of the pain has been gone for a while and I've been able to do pull ups without pain for about 2 months. Didn't push it. Started working out again 3 weeks ago... annnnnnd it's feelin tight... a little sore.

Some blogs are saying the pain never goes away. Is this true? The pain isn't bad. Should I just keep workin out? Or do more PT?

Thanks fo the help RC MD

stretchstretchstretchstretchstretch. You have an injury. Treat it like one. Dont do pushups, stretch and ice. Baby it a lot.

Stretch what?
Its a torn ligament or three.

Your doing the right thing, strengthen it within the limits that you can.
You know better than anybody what is hurting it and what is not.

Mine still hurts after 15 years, depends on what I do to it.
