Hey, I just moved to Benton, ky, and I'd love to find somewhere to climb thats relatively nearby. any advice would be greeeat. :) grazi.

Well you're a long way from the RRG but I think you're fairly close to Jackson Falls in So. Ill.

Your closest crags would be Cedar bluff and Ferne Clyffe state park in southern IL. Jackson Falls would only be about 20 minutes further.

There is also King's Bluff in Clarksville, Tn and some routes, mostly bouldering in Pennyrile State Park.

My roommate and I climb in Jackson every weekend, we go to Murray state, about 20 mins south of Benton.

Hey, I'll be in Ft. Campbell KY mid May. If you're interested in Trad, I'm looking for at least one day of climbing. Never climbed in Kentucky before. I live in Florida so I have to take advantage of every opportunity every time I can.
