I'm in Sedona until March 13th. I am an experienced climber from Maine. I am also new to climbing red rock. If you are near here let me know. I also like multi-pitch trad and I have a rope and rack.

I'm certainly keen on finding somebody to climb with while I'm in the area. I'm driving down for a visit to Summerside between April 1 - April 14. Happy to get out for whatever while I'm there. Unfortunately I don't know what I can bring in the way past essentials (i.e. I'm toying with the idea of trying to get my rope down there). Happy to meet up for a day, an afternoon - or even just an evening!

Hi Paul,

I am Thomas from Scottsdale. I live 15 minutes from Pinnacle Peak and 15 minutes from the McDowell mountains. I have climbed quite a bit, but not for a long time so I am just getting back into shape. I have some hardware, won't lead yet, but can follow 5.7.

If you are interested, you can also find me on facebook: Thomas Loeff

Thanks,

Thomas

Well the weather is turning very nice here in northern AZ. I got out for the first time this weekend to groom creek and would like to start climbing on a regular basis. So anyone coming through Prescott, or in the area I'm game to climb or boulder any day I'm free.

south az, last week of april [In reply to]

I'm going to be in sierra vista the last week of april (as of about nowish), I'm pretty flexible on location/time, I'm looking for some fun people to go out climbing wtih (if climbing is a serious affair for you, we probably shouldn't climb together!)

I don't do trad, so unless you can confidently lead about 5.8/9, I'd rather be doing some sport routes. I have a 60m rope, 6 draws (can get more, and any other essentials I might be missing). I'm down for trips that involve camping, and climb aroudn the 5.9/5.10 level. I can lead 5.9 for the most part, follow up to 5.10, 11 depending on rating/type of climb. Multipitch is cool too, but you'll have to bring most of the experience on that as I've only followed that once.

I'm headed east via nm/tx, so anyone looking to climb there during early may, I'm interested as well.

I might be off and on for internet service, so feel free to call at (240) 394-9264, or text/voicemail if i miss your call.

Finally back in Flag [In reply to]

I lived in Flagstaff for about 2 years and I started climbing here, but then I ended up living in FL for about 4.5 years. Now that I'm back, all of my climbing friends have moved, and I have no one with whom I can climb. I'm more into the idea of bouldering right now, but, if you're ok with having a sport n00b (all I have is a rope) with you, I'd be down to get up on some sport routes. Also, I don't think this will be much of a problem in Flag, but I need 420-friendly climbing partners.

I am a 22 year old climber looking for a partner to climb in and around the phoenix area. I mostly top rope and sport. I can lead a 5.9 sport route and follow 5.10b. I have a full trad rack and a car and im willing to travel up to 2 hours from phoenix 4 weekend fun. I'm hoping to find a mentor slash partner who can teach me the ropes of trad climbing. If you're interested in having a safe reliable but newbie trad partner I have transportation and gear. Trad climbing isn't your thing I would be more than happy to have a top rope or sport climber partner as well.

I often climb in AZ this time of year. If you're free to climb this week (or think you will be) you should contact me ASAP.

I'm currently in Cochise, but with any partners I'll probably have to head back to JTree :(

I'm keen for good weather and trad. Will drive out for extended trips.

Hey man. I'm don't live in Phoenix, but am in town next weekend and would love to hook up with someone to climb some trad with. I'm not worried about teaching as long as you are safe and want to climb full days...
Let me know,
Alex

I'm relatively new to outdoor climbing but I'd like to make a habit of it. I've got basic gear for sport climbing and I'm available weekends or even mornings if I could find a willing partner. I'm in Avondale area, I don't mind driving a bit to get somewhere though. Skill wise I can lead 5.9 and follow 5.10d

I'm moving to Grand Canyon Village in a few weeks. Haven't climbed in a couple years, but am ready to get back into it. Is anyone near here? I also skydive and BASE jump (I know there are different sites for that just throwing it out there) If so PM me I can't wait to see some elevation (currently living in Corpus Christi, TX elev. 12 ft)
