I made a fairly dynamic move to an incut crimp and felt a small pop and sharp pain in my wrist and forearm. It's coming from my ring finger and although it doesn't hurt to move it, any kind of resistance causes me pain. Anyone have any guesses as to what I did and also how long it should take to heal. Also if anyone knows any stretches or exercises that will help the recovery process please let me know.

Edit: please don't stretch. Just move it actively, without resistance. Stetching a fresh muscle tear will tear it furthr
