Haven't seen anything like this around so I thought I'd toss it out there. Anyone else experience pain & tenderness in the first(after palm) pinky joint as a result of climbing? It's the finger I use least, but the joint hurts and is tender for days after climbing. Oddly no real loss of strength or pain in use. Also, it's more sensitive on top and just past the joint. I'm thinking this is a joint problem not a tendon/ligament problem. Taping seems to help a bit, but not much.
Any thoughts? Anyone else with similar?
