I'm heading back to Moab to climb April 12-20th. Josh's season will be winding down and it's the perfect time of year in that area for some good climbing if there's no storming. And it's the week of the full moon! Pinscar is gonna come down and do some climbing with me and that got me thinking...anyone else up for a Moab rc.com gathering around that time? I know there are a lot of Colorado/Arizona/Cali/etc members so there's a lot of people within a day's drive of the place. There's a ton of great climbs around Moab, and Indian Creek is less than an hour's drive from there. There's plenty of land to camp on, and April is also spring break time so all you high school and college kids can come on out for the fun. Just remember to bring beer from whatever state you're coming from cause all the stuff in Utah is 3.2 unless you go get price-gouged at the state run liquor stores ($9 a 6 pack of Sierra Nevada). I'm stoked to go back there, I've met a number of Colorado and Utah/SLC climbers out on the cracks there and they are some of the most friendly and fun climbers I've ever climbed with. And maybe we can get the elusive local Crackwhore out to Indian Creek with us (I'm holding you to it this time Matt! No flaking allowed). And hell, for those of you not within driving range of SE Utah, Moab is only a 5 hour drive from both Denver and SLC airports so you east coasters/midwesterners should come on out and see what fun climbing wingate sandstone cracks and desert towers can be. So anyone else here up for it? (and please don't move this to regional board yet so it doesn't get lost).

Good news! There's an event scheduled for April 17 through the 20th. Maybe we could just extend the dates a little?
