I was climbing outdoors on a 5.11C and had already warmed up previously on a couple routes. I went for a side pull with my right hand (non-crimp) and I felt/heard a pop and I had the tingling sensation run down my forearm. The weird thing is, I had no bruising or swelling, and no pain when rubbing the areas where the A2 or A4 pulleys are. Has anyone had the popping sensation with no residual effects?

I've had joints pop and a sudden twinges of a sensation I would describe as "tingling", but never both together. The joints popping were that and only that (like cracking your knuckles) and the tingling had to do with exhaustion and later underlying nerve issues (the 2nd one was painful). 'fraid I can't help ya, but no pain and no other sign of injury are good omens. Take it easy a few days and see how it evolves.
