Hi, I've been climbing for a year now and I want to improve my technique. That's why I want to dedicate 2 days a week to specific training: endurance (which means climbing an easy route for 25-30 mn, resting for the same amount of time and then climb it again, 3 to 4 times) and technique (repeating routes, repeating movements and sequences, to perform specific technique exercises). This would imply that I would probably climb one or 2 routes in 3h. So I'd like to find someone interested in practicing some kind of training and who would not mind belaying for 30 mn, knowing that I would do the same. I only climb at Allez up and for now I'm available on wednesdays and fridays after 4 pm. Please let me know if you're interested, I'd be delighted to train with you!! Nora
