Looking for a group or partner, male or female, to head to the gym or elsewhere once a week. Starting to get into climbing recently. I'm not a complete tard but i have some to learn. I live in chapel hill but willing to commute. If anyone knows of any clubs or groups locally please let me know.

Thanks for the heads up. Their hours seem pretty minimal and i dont know if they will have a belayer available. Will probably be sufficient for starting out. Thanks again.

Another option is to find a UNC student or employee and have them get you a gym pass as a "significant other". It costs a little bit, but it is still cheaper than any other gym around. It's pretty easy to find people to climb with at either UNC or at the Chapel HIll Community Center.

I am looking to get back into climbing. If you need a partner to switch belays, let me know. I could meet at Chapel Hill community center or TRC in Morrisville. |
