Can't Post

I think I have injured my middle finger pulley... I was coming back from a climbing trip in spain and I was well excited... so I must have pushed too much in the gym! On a ruote my hand was just really painful, i took a break and I could not open my hand at all... I had to use my other hand to open it.

Since then my middle finger hurts when climbing. I didn't stop climbing right away, I know, very stupid, but I had another days outdoor planned so...

Anyway, I took now a coupple of months break now, then went back to the gym but it still hurts when climbing... no pain in anything else... I think it is a pulley injury probably right? It hurts only when climbing (and after climbing)... :-(

What is the best treatment? I heard about hot and cold water, some other people say only cold water, some others hot water... what do you recommend? What about some ligth exercise too?

Any help will be really useful, thanks!!
