I'll play Famous Climbers I have met. Alex Honnold, Will Gadd and Barry Blanchard. Haven't climb with anyone who is more than locally famous.

And what 'da hell, here's my OMG yer a celebrity list (get out your umbrellas)... Have climbed with and/or bullshitted at the crag with Alex Puccio, Nick Duttle, Matt Segal, Russ Clune, Jay Smith, Micah Dash, Lisa Rands, Simon Carter, Monique Forestier, Jim Thornburg, Didier Berthoud, Fred Nicole, Jim Donini, Steve Petro, Lisa Gnade, Chris Siersant, Liv Sansoz, Arnaud Petit, Ethan Pringle, Cedar Wright, das Hubers. Hitched a ride from Yosemite to SLC with Freddie Wilkinson, would have had dinner at my landlord's place with Royal Robbins if I hadn't been out climbing, and THE Jack Marshall won't stop sending me harassing txt messages.

I did not know that AYMD was the belay slave on that! I belayed Dean on the day of his redpoint and then we went out again with Jimmy Chin to get these shots. No posing though, he climbed the whole thing again in style. I on the other hand had to jug all the pitches.

Fred Beckey in the 90's. Backside of the chief. Marc Bourdon...high angle rigging course. Climbed with some old school partners of Peter Croft's when he was cutting his teeth in squamish in the 80's....but i never got to climg with Peter himself. Ran Kaulk lent some insight to me at camp 4 on Midnight Lightning....all though it was in vein lol. Nice guy though, for sure....but i will never be able to boulder that piece with or without Ron.lol. And i have rigged beside or been rigged by (for film) many of the Squamish legends; Dave Lane, Peter Ourum, Perry Beckham... yacked with...Peter Croft, Tammy Knight, Hamish Fraser, Robin Barley, Jim Sandford, Lynn Hill, Ron Kaulk

I met Fred Beckey in Washington via a guy that had climbed with him and got his autograph for the record (not sure I still have it now mind). For me the most famous, as far as famous goes, was my trad lead guide who I completed my one day course with at Squamish.. he must be some what famous he's in the Squamish guide book for some of the first ascents on the Chief

It wasn't my problem, but it was called Doggie Jump. Wishbone is the steep line at the Bone Town wall at Homestead I bolted, you may have climbed it when you visited, I can't remember much more than you sending everything you tried on Slate Nation.
