Hello Everyone, I've been climbing to just over 1 year now, and like many people I dropped all of my other sprots when I started climbing. I went and lifted weights (something I used to enjoy alot before I began climbing) and found out that I missed it. My question is: does anybody have a good work-out to do on off-climbing days? I generally climb 3 days per week and want to work opposing muscles and abs in the off days. any info would by very much appreciated. L8R
