Hi im one of the many local climbers in big bear. Today my friends and i went out to Holcomb. Hiking in to the crags we came across some fools camping on the f*#!ing trail with their fire pit and bbq. We have come across this crap every weekend We just had a wild fire out near Holcomb. The forest service is looking to close Holcomb down! Due to the illegal camping, fires, off roads trails etc. There more endangered plant life than most others places in big bear. We recently spent a lot time cleaning up trash rebuilding the trails and replacing anchors. Please do us a favor and stop shitting in our back yard! If your not doing it please get on the people who are.

Taller, Thanks for your efforts and those of your friends to keep this place open for us to enjoy. It would be a shame to lose this awesome climbing area. I will do my part to "leave no trace." Wes
