We added a new training area to our gym. I'm still working on the H.I.T. board but It'd be great to get some feedback on the campus board and hang board station we built. Here are a couple videos.

My feedback on your hangboard set-up? SICKSICKSICKSICKSICK.

Just an awesome idea, if it holds up to abuse. I am not sold on the "ergo" campus board, I'd have to try it for myself to see.

Agreed, the hangboard set up is very cool. One suggestion would be a single bolt/wingnut set up to stop it from sliding laterally with movement from the top & bottom boards.

Thanks for the input. We havenít noticed any side to side movement yet but Iíll keep that in mind. I'm thinking like a cam latch though.

The campus board was an idea I came up with years ago when I started getting tendonitis in my wrist from over training. Any time I grabbed the rungs I could feel it in my wrist, I now train much smarter. The ergo board feels like it puts a lot less stress on my wrist but it could also be that I havenít been on one in years and my wrist is just healed. So far the guys that campus train at our gym havenít noticed any negative or workout limiting issues so it may just be a novelty. It really seems to make a difference to me though.
