Arietta Climbing CBCD has opened a new small cliff for climbing, name is Lost T2. It is at the southern end of the McMartin cliff system. Has five nice climbs on it, more probably possible. Should be used during Southern Adirondack festival. To get the guide go to

I live in NYC, but grew up spending summers with my dad in Caroga Lake. I climb mostly downstate. This place have some easier 5.6=5.8 stuff with good protection? How far of a hike from Chub Lake? When is the Southern Adirondack climbing festival?
