Just got a PM by a certain "reginababa":

Its obviously spam/scam, so please someone take care of her.

I dont know how common that stuff is (for me its the first, but one often reads here about that stuff), and how good the reporting function works, but wouldnt it make sense to also include those report buttons on PMs and user profiles.
Would save the hassle of those various "i got a PM promising endless love" threads.
