I am considering a backpacking trip out near Alamosa, CO. My dad lives there, but is not a climber. I am going to visit him from Sept 25-Oct 1 and am considering doing a 2-3 day backpacking trip in the mountains near by. Pending the information I get from here.
Is there any particular place anyone would recommend, I would like to do some bouldering as I will more than likely be by myself. I really don't have any plans as of yet other than I plan on being out there from Sept 25-Oct 1.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Another alternative, if anybody is planning on doing a few days bouldering or just for the day. I'd be interested in seeing what this area has to offer. It will be my 1st time visiting the area.
