Or am i going to have to buy a pair of traditional climbing shoes? Going to the Gunks this weekend for my first Trad outing! I want to try Twilight Zone.

I'll bite... If you can climb in them for that extended amount of time, then yes, but you probably already knew this.

you should work on a better game plan... this was as poorly executed as the Red Sox September..... maybe take the winter off, train up and come back with something more sturdy. Cool
