I was riding my bike at Labrador Park this weekend and saw a short section of sandstone. Some of the holds had chalk on them. Is climbing legal/allowed there? Also, the top of the cliff looks pretty grownover with vegetation, so don't see a way to set anchor for top rope. Is it bouldering only?
