Yes. I've noticed this on and off the past couple months since a joined. It seems like the servers are just overloaded at times. Very slow.

I haven't encountered this, but next time it happens to you. If you can possibly see what is trying to load when it occurs and on what page it was, please post in this thread with the information so that I can look into what it could possibly be.

Exact time it occured may (or may not) be helpful too. I haven't had any issues either, even though I am on pretty continually 12+ hours a day, but I am also a completely different time zone...

It doesn't seem to matter what it is. I'll open a half a dozen pages of forum posts, and all will take a minute or two and then fail. I'll try to reload them, and they'll work. And it's not a blip in my internet connection, because I've tested it and at the same time I can open other pages (that are not cached).

But anyway, next time it happens I'll take some screen captures and whatnot if you like.
