I recently bought 2 pairs of new shoes. La Sportiva Cobras and Five Ten Galileos. Bought these for bouldering and sport climbing. Haven't got to use them yet because I refuse to take them in the gym but I'm really looking forward to it. Comments anyone?

Comments on you buying 2 new pairs of shoes? Well, I guess the ones that come to mind are "w00p!" "Jealz!" and "Iz clymber not shooz!".

Comments? 1. congratulations, you have money to spend on your hobby! Which ones are for bouldering, and which ones are for sport climbing, btw? 2. It must feel very good to have these shoes sitting in a box, waiting for you to go on a gnar climbing trip. Very exciting. 3. Wow, I have been doing it wrong... I don't know how I ever managed to climb 5.10 without dedicated sport-climbing-outdoor-ony shoes. 4. ???

I planned to use the cobras for bouldering and the galileos for sporting. It feels awesome. I'm excited about using them. unfortunately it will be after Thanksgiving week. :( Well, I have a couple of other pairs of shoes. I have a pair of mad rocks with holes through both toes and I have another pair of mad rocks that I was using for outside only but have now converted to gym use. I have climbed in five ten and la sportiva shoes before outside at climbing comps and was very satisfied with them which is probably why I ended up with them.

woah dude that's sick! I just got my new solutions in the mail yesterday! I'm going to where mine in the gym but just for a comp coming up. After that I'm totally going to use them outside on gnarr bouldering problems that I like to climb. Recently I had a nice day climbing outside and sent 3 boulder problems of various grades. It was cool my friends were there. I'm also getting a new dog soon, it will be rad-gnar. Next weekend I'm going to climb outside again. I will definitely wear the new shoes this time, and hopefully I'll do a bunch more of the bouldering problems. Nice talking to you sweet topic btw.
