Cross border tunnel- latest in secret passages found to smuggle drugs from Mexico.
Found in San Diego's Otay Mesa area, warehouse district across from Tijuana .
Two weeks ago U.S. authorities found 400 yard passage linking San diego and Tijuana. seizing 17 tons of marijuana on both sides of border
More than 70 tunnels have been found on the border.
Any thoughts?

I think some people were trying to move illegal drugs, maybe people too, across the border undetected. Could be wrong, but seems pretty straight forward.
