Obama's response was he didn't like Matt Damon's recent movie performance ,which he compared to his own lack thereof presidential performance.

You may have googled the last piece from Kansas City Tea Party, CBS news - (which depicted Obama as a skunk)-
which was intended as political satire , that has been done by newspapers for ages for most politicans.

However you failed to recognize all the other news sources and articles mentioned in reference to Obama's failures , and how he contributed to a dismal economy.

It would be like me reading one page of the Magic Mountain by Thomas Mann , then understanding the depth of book.

Perhaps the article by Matt Damon, is the simplest to explain in Elle magazine. People screaming and pissed off in occupy movements through NYC and other cities because of Obama's failure to lead and have "balls".

One easy example is how Obama gave out bailout money to banks such as Wells Fargo with a promise to help homeowners. Instead Wells Fargo used that money to purchase Wachovia for an investment.
Obama had the ability to make laws for homeowners, many who had owned their homes for decades.
Instead of making stringent laws for the banks,lenders and mortgage companies to help homeowners , (he instead left the final decision up to the lenders whether or not to help homeowners)
Instead of modifying loans to help consumers, by lowering the principle, re-appraising the property to current market value and refinancing the loan to a current rate he allowed Wells Fargo to set the rules.
In addition Obama took out the attorneys that were in a position with legal knowledge .
Now individuals had to fend for themselves against the lenders, which btw had used fraud, robo-signing, and selling mortgages to investors where there was no deed ownership by the mortgage company.
What was done was gruesome, loans were modified mostly like this:
the interest rate was made affordable at say 2% using a formula based on around 30% of the borrowers income, then every year it would go up another 1% until it reached the current rate of the market at the time the loan was done, for example 5.5%.
Okay now that doesn't sound terrible at first glance, however here's the kicker .
Sometime during year 10 or whatever the lender decides , a balloon payment was due for half the loan amount.
So if a borrower had a loan amount of 500,000 and managed to pay half the loan of around 250,000 , which is mostly interest in the early years.
The borrower would have to pay $250,000 in a lump sum usually in their retirement years or lose their home.
Guess what this was all Obama, he refused to make a laws to help homeowners, he gaves bonuses to the executives CEO's and middle class people lost their homes.

In addition the bailout money was given to banks who never asked for it.
They didn't need it!
So they had fancy parties in Beverly Hills with
Sheryl Crow and got expensive goody bags.
There was no accountability. Obama had no watchdog and didn't care at all.


Obama could have easily made laws to help homeowners by reducing their principle balance, re-appraising their property, refinancing their loan to current market rates but his failure to lead and have "balls", he turned his back on his supporters.

These borrowers often were people who owned their homes for a decade, and had some hardship including losing their jobs, illness etc.
They were left with no choice, in essence most will just be "renting" until Doom Day and they have to pony up an impossible balloon payment.

When evaluating research and news as well as performance;( Its important to not just pick one article out of 100 since the other 99 might have validity as well.)
